We're still waiting to see what happened on that one. He is going to post up some photos this weekend. You should get about one inch, if that.

For quite a few years, Jake's 3" Spindle lift kit came with no rear blocks... They came with HD springs for the rear as installing them would even out the cart after you installed the 3" drop spindles for the front end..... Now I'm no expert, but to me that sould mean the HD springs for the rear equate to a 3" lift of the rear......

I have 2 thoughts that come to mind about that 4" of lift from hd springs.

1. how bad were the springs that were replaced with hd springs?? I could see getting a rise outta that!

2. the other thought I'm not sure is right so I should probably just keep my fool mouth shut.

not really, pretty straightforward install..

Did you get new spring bushings when you ordered the springs?

the front shoulder bolt is usually where most people get in trouble on this job. 3/4" outside, 9/16 inside.

support the frame on jackstands and support the rear axle on a floorjack for easier adjustment. I usually loosen one side, then remove the other side and install the new hand tight, then go back to the original side, remove and replace, then tighten everything up. Have a spotter there to support the axle while you are working to prevent any possible "roll" forward.

I got the rear springs in. The front ones were wrong so they are going back. Here are the pictures. The ones with the silver tape are before and the yellow tape after. I've got a buddy that says if you aren't bleeding then you didn't do something right.
