controller test
can some one please tell me how to test the wires going into the controller. i tested the solenoid and it reads the pack voltage on both sides of big poles even when pedal not pressed.
i replace the f/r with heavy duty and after i hooked it up it wont move .i reseted the obc. . voltage coming out of the controller in .1-.8 volts. this is second controler in a month. 2001 cc ds series lifted 22 in tires and 2 ga wire. is factory controller just weak or what? what i want to test is the wires that come from the pedal. ps looked on other threads and didnt find anything. |

Re: controller test
These carts are engineered for golf. That is 2 people riding short distances on a groomed fairway or paved cart path... when you modify the cart with bigger tires you are increasing the load on the motor to turn them. You need to modify the drive system to match the increased loads.
