A 48 volt cart is dead at 48 volts. I hope you have a low voltage shut off on it. This will burn a controller up also. This was what killed the DCS carts was the low voltage would burn the controller up and that's why most DCS carts are hated. The lower the voltage the higher the amp draw. Amps create heat and heat kills components! Cart-Zilla, I'm going to be working on carts all day once I get started. I'll be here. Got 4 carts in the garage right now! |

have an 2002 ezgo golf cart wires going to the controller and selenoid are really hot, is this normal. also you can smell it getting hot
