Default 2008 Yamaha G29 48 volt won’t move unless accelerator is pumped

Hi everyone, I have a 2008 Yamaha g29 48 volt. The cart will not move when I initially press the accelerator. I have to push a few times before it will move. The weird thing is it only does that if it’s been sitting for over 5 minutes. If I am driving the cart around and stop for a minute it will work just fine without having to pump the accelerator. I replaced the stop switch, throttle position sensor and ignition switch. Any ideas? Thank you
