Thanks I will try that tomorrow

Well will see if this will work. Well at least there is a picture. This is with new rear tires and small lift I made. We got some new vinyl and made new seat covers. I am on a small budget so trying to not spend much. Going to put lights front and rear.

Thanks

I think it is. I tried finding the serial number but have seen it I looked where it should be. It's a later one from what the engine has on it.

Excellent build Chris! Nice job documenting everything with high quality pictures. I've lived in Springfield my entire life, yeah you gotta love the catalog outlet store...

If you are referring to the back rear flip seat, I am not sure where it came from. It actually was already on the cart when I received it. However, it did not have the rear grab bar nor the rear 2" Receiver hitch. I have installed them.

I did decide to take all the original powder coat off and I completely sanded it all down, cleaned, primer and repainted with Rustoleum Truck Bed Liner Spray can, followed up with Clear Coat. Then I put HERCULINER on the actual part for where the feet go. My thought was, lets make this a little tougher because I could see myself throwing a deer on there plus just normal use of people getting on with dirty, muddy feet.

The Rustoleum is actually a little less abraisive. However I decided to pick up some less expensive barbell pads that weightlifters use when doing squats.

Here is a picture... I think it will work well. They were $9.00 each. I decided not to buy the cup holder ones because of the primary use of this unit as a hunting buggy.

Seat covers are ordered and I should be reassembling everything very soon! Will post more pics soon!

This has been my GO TO rattle cans for painting this project. I am very impressed with the Truck Bed stuff.. its been pretty tough.

More to come...

I am fascinated that I did not take any pictures of my project before I disassembled with the back seat flipped down. This is the only picture I have of it when we used it to ride over to a local Christmas parade... I will have more pics soon.. I even covered the hard plastic with HERCULINER that lines the bottom of the flip seats.
