Default 2009 rxv 48v - constant low frequency buzzing

This RXV 48 v is intermittent in running. Sometimes the buzzing goes away and the cart runs perfect, the reverse buzzer is normal and loud. Shut it off back on, or in and out of Tow mode and you'll get a low constant buzz and the cart is inoperable.

Any ideas where to start? We've charged it, checked power and continuity. I'm thinking solenoid, controller or motor. How can I verify what's wrong?

Thanks

Alright so get this:
-turn on the key - low frequency buzzing chatter and the cart doesn't run.
-tap the accelerator 3-5 times (forward or reverse) and the chatter stops, cart is operational as normal.

so... What's that all about? Pedal switch?

Next time you get the buzzing turn the cart off and pull up on the brake and go pedal. Then turn it back on and see if it runs. If so pull the mat up and clean around the pedal pivots and maybe a little grease
