Default My 05' Yamaha G22 project build log

Just wanted to start this to have my build up on here. It will take a long time between progress, but I will keep it up to date.

Here are some pics from when I got it a few months ago to now.

Lights from Northern Tool flush mounted in bumper

LED underbody lights off my minitruck

LED controller

Radio I put in for now until I get my dash cover

Mirror I just got in last week

Horn & Headlight switch/button

Horn

Homemade Hitch

A little dirty under there, needs to be cleaned up!

Windsheild and Headlight just installed this weekend

Video of strobes installed

Hopefully ordering SS312 14" wheels with 205/30-14 tires soon to roll on until I do the long travel lift and ATV 14" wheels and tires with spacers.

Thanks! I bought the headlights from highrollinmopars on here. They didn't have brackets, so I ordered the brackets and they sent the order wrong. I had to fab some up until it's corrected but it works good. The headlights have high/low beam also which I thought was cool. They didn't have parking lights and I can't find the pulgs for it, so I just put strobes in.

Headlights and taillights look good and even. Great job. The bumper mounted driving lights are awesome!! Never seen any done like that and I bet we'll be seeing more of these when the guys here see them. Did you cut all the way through the bumper with a hole saw or just cut about half through and then drill a hole for the wiring?

I cut the center of the back of the bumper and the holes out with a dremel and mounted the lights from behind. The mounts are bolted down at the bottom of the bumper. And I have braces holding them against the bumper so they dont shake while driving.

The only down side if you run these by there self is the shadows from being so low to the ground. I should have taken more pics when I did it. I will be removing these though when I get my chrome/stainless bumper. I only did these to get me by until I got the headlights in. And they where cheap, like $10 I think.
