Bison- Thx, the problem is I can never call it done. Right now I've got it apart and trying to wire it to a key switch that will turn everything off.

Got the wiring done. What I wanted was brake lights and a way too make sure everything got turned off. I had a couple of times that either the lights got left on or something left in the power port and ran the battery down, so I added a key switch, a relay and a fuse block.

I had a trailer wiring kit left over from another project that I used and put the connector by the rear cowl, that way just undo the connector to remove the rear cowling.

I used a motorcycle brake switch for the brakes. The holder for the brake cables already had a hole in it, just reamed it out a little.

The red/white wire that went from the battery to the gas pedal I rerouted to the fuse block that way the new switch controls starting the cart also. The original switch is now just used as a forward/reverse switch.

I put indicator lights in the dash for the new key switch and the headlight switch

Sorry, a couple of my pics got corrupted, have to take a couple more
