I just found the T-875s for $108.00, the cost difference in minimal now. I think I've made my descision. Unless of course I walk into Sams and find generic batteries @$75.00. Thanks for the help.

the $3.00 battery trick is probably putting asprin in the batteries... supose to revive the battey..??? I personaly have never tried it but heard of it...

I just called Sam's,and they have 6 volt batteries @ $66 a piece.

I have done it to 7yr old trojans...They improved marginally for a few months and then were about the same as before which was 'fair' on the hydrometer. Six months later they are still in service. So who knows?

Be sure to follow the 'break in' proceedures for a new pack. Short 15 minute rides and recharge first 10 cycles. Pack will increase in strength during this time. After that recharge at 50% drain and never drain below 8v or leave them in a discharged state for long... my advice is monitor, monitor, & well, U get the idea.
