Has anyone used "bed liner in a can" to paint their cart ?
I would like to paint the outside body of my cart with spray in bed liner.
Most places I have recived bids from are quoting approx $300. if I take all trim off myself. I have found several websites that offer a do it yourself kit that sells for aroung $50. per gallon. Does anyone have any experience using this kit ? Thanks....... |

I've seen a couple of folks go that route. You might do a search on "bed liner" or "rhino lining". Sorry, just can't remember member names of who did this. Maybe some one else can remember and will chime in. I do recall they said it took a licking and they liked not having to worry about an expensive paint job.
Good luck. |

There is a guy with his cart painted with it at our campground. Solid, but looks dull. I dont know how you would clean it unless you like a dull surface.

Just be careful if you use Herculiner, so you don't end up like this poor fellow!!!

I have chosen to use the Herculiner brand: http://www.herculiner.com/
It seems to be a better product and is available locally (Autozone,Northern Tool etc.) I will let everyone know how it turns out and show some pics......Well that is... as soon as I get this thing running. |

I've seen a cart at a dealer that has done this in middle Ga., looked diferent but rugged !
I wonder how something like this would work ? It goes for less than $10 a can. |

Well I finished painting cart this weekend and it looks awesome.
I first taped everything up and prepped surface then about 7hrs later it was complete. I will post some pics as soon as I finish getting cart running and wheels polished. |
