You've already told us you know all about building fast cars.... But your 250 controller is like hanging a Briggs carb on a big block Chevy to your HS motor!
I have been dragging my butt on the controller changeover. I am positive it is the way to go.. The gear change will negatively effect torque too much which is a minor issue now..

Just need to talk to my shop and try and work out pricing. I have replaced the cables on my cart w/ 2 ga ones. I guess the solenoid and controller have to go! LOL

BTW, the questions regarding why if it is "for golf",,,, It is also used to go throughout our community, go shopping, go out to dinner ect.. Saves a lot of wear and tear on the car..

Talk to FSIP directly at 800-333-1194 Matt Potter @ Ext 227 he will ask questions so that you get what suits your needs. You can buy directly from them and the Curtis 1268 which works great on your Excel cart cost under 5 bills and is an easy install only taking a couple of hours....
