Another 91 DS rebuild
This is my second 91 DS rebuild. This one was for my dad, this cart was bought for my niece when she was about 8 or 10 or so ( she is 25 now). After she got tired of it my parents used it as as garden cart. My dad wanted to trash it and get a new one, I informed him how much a new cart was and what I could rebuild that one for. He quickly changed his mind.! /

Nice job!!
I just got an old 95 DS that I am thinking I would like to fix up for my father as well. I love seeing projects like this... gives me motivation |

They are pretty easy to disassemble. I do my own body prep (to save a little money), but I have a friend that paints them for me. It is easier to remove the body to me rather than tape everything up, and makes a better looking job. Go for it! |

Re: Another 91 DS rebuild
The body is super easy to pull and makes a MUCH better job than taping. I can have a cart stripped to the second and third pic condition in under an hour, plan for a couple if it's your first time. Tip: use all new hardware when putting it back together.
