It means the controller has failed to provide the negative side of the solenoid activation circuit. It is a failure but not a terribly significant one. You can run the cart with this jump wire securely in place. The cart will run as normal until the next failure.

Will the cart move with the jumper installed? Sounds like it's time to see Scotty and upgrade to one of those new Alltrax XCT.
