I would think bad connection of your motor cable or cables. I would remove all of them and make sure the are in good shape. I think you will find your problem there. Sergio is right you have a bad or loose connection on them.

I misread the solenoid voltage reading with pedal up last night, I thought it said 5.5v.
The 0.55v voltage drop is way too low for a controller capacitor maintenance current, the solenoid may have the contacts welded. Disconnect the pack positive cable, remove the pre-charge resistor and the cable going to the controller from the solenoid big post. Test the continuity between the solenoid big posts and make sure there is none. If there is no continuity, make sure that both sides of that cable from the solenoid to the controller are in good shape. |
