Put the controller in diagnostic node and listen for error codes.

Text on attached label tells you how to put into diagnostic mode and lists various error codes.

The symptoms you are describing may be the harbinger of controller failure.

How tall are the tires you are running?

I'm running stock tires, the code says it's a welded silonoid but the silonoid voltage check is not the same on both sides. From what I have gathered it should be a 1.5-3 volt difference across it and I can here it clicking.

Can you remove the resistor and verify the solenoid is making and breaking continuity when it clicks?

I will try that tomorrow, just to confirm I should have full battery voltage on one side and no voltage on the other until I pass the pedal? Will it hurt the controller without the resistor in line, fir testing?

No problem running without the resistor for troubleshooting.

Do you think I would tell you to do something for a test that would hurt the golf cart?

Charge the battery.

Then push the pedal and see if it runs normally.

If it does, check the voltage on J1 Pins 4 & 5. Should be full battery pack voltage, which ought to be 38.2V when the batteries are fully charged.

If it doesn't, more troubleshooting is needed.
