08, new batteries with plum quick motor. fully charged batteries, however when I shift to forward or reverse I have to depress the petal several times before it would take off. Was intermittent but today stopped me five times. got it home and parked it. Need help. Also manjac light kit bulbs are very weak. Has anybody replaced the light kit with something else and used the manjac wiring system? Thanks in advance for suggestions.
