Default Advice on 07 CC Precedent

Hello all! I am a frequent member of the yamaha section, but ran across a club cart that looks to be a good deal. I know alot about yamaha carts, but nothing about club carts except for they are excellent carts.

-The deal I ran across is an 2007 Club Cart Precedent 48 volt (4 12volt batteries) for $2500. Comes with charger as well. The guy said it will run around 25mph.. Cart appears to be all stock, no lift, stock tires.

-Aside from assuming i will be having to replace the batteries eventually, it there anything that I should look for when i go inspect the cart.

Check the battery trays for corrosion. Also check the age of the batteries and if they have water in them.

If it has brand new batteries, I would say it's a fair price, if they will need replacing soon, I would try to get them to come down a little.

Would $2000 be a good price?

1800 -1900 would be a fair price. That old and with old batteries, I would not go over 1900 myself.

Gotcha! I was thinking $1800 myself. Hoping to turn it into a hunting cart, but saw somewhere that you couldn't put off-road tires on that model. I've fixed up a Yamaha before and it was a price of cake. Just don't know much about club cars.
