98 club car DS rear seat
I have frame, hinge and platform for rear seat. I believe it to be a factory option/installed. I would think same seat as front would work but missing something. What prevents seat from sitting on body and at an angle? Any help would be appreciated.

I've not seen a rear seat hinged that way, but it would still need some type of "legs" to hold the rearward portion up. Normally there would be vertical braces from the rear footplate area to the underside of the seat base.

The rear seat has a tapered plastic bottom half case that allows it to rest on the rear fenders.
You can sort of see it in the photo attached. The seat bottom is a tapered black plastic "bubble" that rests on the fenders. |
