if not installed you may be able to return it

it is best for your carts batteries to use entire pack

if you get a 48v > 12v reducer let us know and we can help you with the install

i recommend Dave (TahoeDawgZ71) @ revolution golf cars for the reducer

Thanks again. I checked out his web store. Good to know he's on here to help answer questions. I ordered a 48 to 12v reducer. I definatly don't want 16 to 12. I just put new batteries in :).
