Well folks I have decided that I will not keep this stock wheel.
I will cut it off to the collar and use a gear puller or cut the collar off carefully.
I tried all beating, pulling, soaking, repeat, repeat but no luck and I used BFH many times.

The reason I wanted to pull it was because I kept seeing it off center after new front end parts.
Well I went back and rechecked it and I had not done the camber and tow adjustments correctly.
After that adjustment correction, I looked at the wheel and bang!
It was centered very close! It's a newbie thing.

I want to thank you all for the many suggestions to help me with this.
I guess this one was one of those that just refused to come off with a lot of effort.

This made me laugh! She has the groove and the audio was spot on!

This will be my new wheel.

The only part on my [81] cart that didn't come apart easily was the steering wheel! Was saving the aftermarket dash but not the box. Cut the column in two and done! The splined stub came out in my press though! Very redneck but effective!

Those dreads are hot I agree. She did say that she got the wheel off.
