The voltage on the Yellow wire should be close to 0v when the pedal is pressed just enough to close the main solenoid.

The voltage should then increase slowly as the pedal is pressed.

If the voltage at yellow wire is not close to 0v when the solenoid closes, it means the purple wire is not internally connected to the Vglide.

You should get approximately 0-5.5kΩ from pedal Up to pedal Down between the Yellow and Purple wires.

You should also get a constant resistance reading of about 5.5kΩ between the Green and Purple wires.

Thank you, this is just what I need to be able to test.

The one thing I have not tested yet is the purple wire connection inside the Vglide, will check yellow wire voltage next then purple

Epilogue:

Problem was the purple wire was broken somewhere inside the harness. Bypassed that and spliced a new wire in just before the V-glide and it works like a charm. Wanted to post this in case anyone had a similar problem.

Sergio. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP! Without your advice and expertise, I would have been a much longer time finding this problem. Equally important, I learned something so I will not have to ask next time and might even be able to pay it forward and help someone else along the way with similar problem...
