Exclamation should have never did it!!!

anybody help? so i was having trouble with my golf cart couldnt get it figured out replace the v glide,and forward reverse switch came to be a wire wrong.... but they said they went threw the cart, after getting it back i cant give if full throttle only about 3/4 unless i let off and mash it. still it will cut out sometime and the other problem that they didnt fix is the forward is reverse and reverse is forward. not a big deal but i dont want someone to climb on it and get hurt or someone else.. thanks in advance
