To pull or move in snow, You wan't a wide open tread, similar to mud tires. This especially true in wet sticky water that will plug up regular turf tires.

Agree with dundeebarnbuggy above. I'd replace his word "water" with "snow". The lugs on your suggested tire appear to be to close together. I expect that sticky snow will pack up between the lugs and you'll wind up with snow covered slicks.

most of the lug tires are 18x9.50x8 will those fit on a non lifted cart with stock wheels?
i can find a set of 4 stock wheels here for $60, would give spare tires along with wheels for snow tires

how much noise would this tire make on pavement?
i just remember my 78 ford f250 4x4 with lug tires that did RrRrRrRrRrRrR going down the road
the slower the noisier and you could feel every lug hit the road

You’re gonna get some road noise the beefier your tracks, but no where near the level of a vehicle. Less weight and less air being vibrated by each tread.

Those 45 degree ag tires will be surprisingly quiet[ for what they are], on the road since they are a solid bar and not knobs.. The second set pictured look like they will do the job too! Not sure on the noise level on them but they look agressive. What have you got against a little tire noise anyways? That's just their way of telling you they are workin'!

I had better traction with the Atv style tire than I did with the AG tires, the Ag tire spun more in the snow and on dirt hills..
