I see a lot of types made basically like these. Some welded some screwed.

Check a Home Depot or something like it. Look for different tool, broom mounting brackets.
May find something that will work.

Seems to me a roof rack would be an easy solution. This is assuming we are just talking about your typical bag chairs that aren't heavy.

if its the first one, then the clays basket is absolutely the best option for hauling up to 4 of those chairs. if it is the 2nd type, you would want to do the roof rack if the roof rack is wide enough to lay them flat.

youd need new chairs for this option but these would solve all of the issues, i have a couple for concerts and such

The guy I bought my cart from put an aluminum roof rack on top of the cart to carry chairs around during Nascar races, just laid them up their and they rode fine. I replaced the cart roof with a black one for hunting so I will be selling the factory beige roof and carry rack.
