Resetting OBC on 2008 elec club car

so it may just be low batteries? there is not enough info in the original post, so i wondered.

Cart gugs came at 9am .found that charge wire was corroded and was not connected to battery terminal. I need to get a round connector and after cleaning the wire crimp it to the wire and attatch it to the post. Believe it or not, there was no charge for the service call.
