Electronics to accompany a Lithium Battery
I have a custom made 14S 48V 100ah lithium battery pack built in China. I burned up the BMS a month ago (probably a cheap one) and besides that it was hooked straight to the cart by my golf cart shop. I see a lot of additional safety devices installed by the smart folks on this forum and wanted to know what you would recommend I add to the system - LV/HV contactor, shunt, etc? I like a minimalist approach, but also like the comfort of additional safety.
