Reverse for a second,, then forward

Hello, here's weird one. 1998 DCS, Alltrax 400 from Scotty about 5 years ago. Upon bringing the cart out from winter storage and after a wash, I noticed what I thought was the reverse alarm sounding but very faint. The F/R switch in neutral. Then I went for a drive, put in in reverse, backed up a bit, switched to forward and hit the gas. The cart went in reverse for a split second then went forward as normal, except the reverse alarm was going off. As long as I kept the f/r in forward there were no issue when I would stop and start again, but each time I went into reverse and back to forward it would do it again.

Wait till it's totally dry. You probably got water on the controller plug, or in the F&R wiring. I bet all will be fine when it's dry.

Yeah, my son said the alarm went off like this a couple times in the past when he washed it but he never told me about it and everything was fine after a while. I'm usually good about not spraying water on electronics, but maybe I got it wet this time,, I hope.
