Default 93 Club car ds hard to get moving

Ok guys I have a 93 club car ds. 36V. Solid state not resistor. Here is what's going on:

When I try to go in forward or reverse I have to keep pumping the pedal engaging the solenoid. Sometimes it goes and other times it takes a lot of pumping the pedal to get it to catch. Once it does the cart moves just fine until you release the pedal and then back to square one again.

Batteries are testing good. Connections seem good and tight.

I am thinking I need to open the v-glide next but wanted to check with you guys and see if that's headed in the right direction.

I found other people with this issue but no one reported the fix so any help will be appreciated.

Does the solenoid click every time? If so, I’ve seen this many times and every time it’s been a bad solenoid...

I ordered a new solenoid. I was only getting 240 ohms and not the 250 that was stated in the testing procedure. Hopefully this is the issue LOL

Not suprised. Seen that a bunch. A "click" doesnt always mean it's good.
