2013 Precedent Headlights, Turn Signals stopped working

I changed my batteries out. test cart voltages, all within limits ran great. This morning I took it out and needed headlights so I pulled out the headlamp switch. the lights came on then immediately OUT! I turned on and off a couple of times, no lights. Then I turn on my turn signal, it flashed, then out. Tried again they are OUT.
I reviewed the battery cables and the accessory wires, all seem correct!. I've looked at my before pictures- all looks good. where do I need to go from here?

Post a picture of the battery compartment showing where you plugged the wires for the 48v->12v converter or accessories.

At first sounds like you have 48v being applied to the accessories and they are burning as you turn them ON.

certainly the installer put a fuse in those circuits, i would check it out. if it has a 48 to 12 reducer, check that out. do you have 12v at the light switch,
however something happen to blow these systems. bad wiring maybe, our country rats just love to chew on wiring, unlike the city rats that want you to chew the wire for them....okay a little humor

A fuse would not really help on an over voltage condition, fuses are only installed to protect wiring from catching fire, they are not intended to protect equipment.

I just check voltage at the pull headlight switch and I have 33.1 volts at the pull switch

Get a reducer. Wire it properly. Connect it to a fused buss bar. Connnect light kit to said buss bar. Problem will never occur again.
