Kgsc I have pack voltage on the terminal with the yellow wire and 34.3 on the terminal with blue wire.

Blue is your ground to the solenoid so it should go to zero when actuated. If not bad controller.

Not that I have seen. It is usually not a good idea to try to rebuild a controller that is 16 years old. Save yourself some suffering and just buy the Alltrax and be done.
