Well I tried the ole switcharoo as per ScottyB to no avail. It continues to do the same bucking in reverse. I have to admit I felt pretty positive about it, but it did not work. Now before I start pulling controller and F/R switch is there anyway possible to bypass the F/R or test live voltage or anything where I can be absolutely certain that it is not my contoller?

Why don't you try a continuity test through the F/R switch when you press the peddle. Listen for a beeping continuity instead of continuous tone.

The beeping continuity would be expected during the bucking in reverse correct? I will try this on Wed. as I leave to go offshore tomorrow and I won't be back until Wed. Thanks for the tip Desigmon.

After a bunch of PM messages & more testing David and I are pretty sure it is a controller fault so he is sending it back to me for testing.
We will let you all know what we find.....
