Here is another idea. You can bypass the OBC! Then you don't have to worry about OBC failures in the future. A very simple Club Car bypass module is available that is approximately 50% of the cost of a new OBC. The Club Car charger is modified and a new LED module fastens on to the front of your existing charger. Only 1 wire on the golf cart is cut and moved. Total modification time is 1 hour. All instructions come with the bypass. We have installed several on all models of Club Cars chargers and they work fantastic. The LEDs show Charging Finishing and Complete. The charger's amp meter is NOT affected and operates as normal. djv The Villages, FL
