EZ-GO PDS UPGRADE need help

This is a great forum to read and learn thanks to all.

I am working on a ezgo pds cart 36 volt. the cust. wants more speed the freedom plug is not fast enough here is what he has.

lifted cart , 23 inch tires , 36 volt , pds controller, stock motor ,stock cables, front and back seats . He wants to do around 30 mph with this cart . So hear is what i am going to do!! Please let me know if there is any other ideas or something im not thinking of. I ve installed alltrax controllers and seloniods in other carts for performance gains but this is the first real pacific performance gain that im doing on a cart for speed .

Im looking at a 600 altrax controller , 400 amp seloniod , 2 ga cables, hi speed motor (trying to figure what motor) , (6) 8 volt batteries to up 48 volts, is there anything else to make it reach the 30 mph range.

You May want to talk to Plum Quick about your Speed Goal and see what they can for you in a Motor.
Also let them know about the 600 amp Alltrax. The Stock Motor is no good above 400 amp.
