I have changed the sealed bearing and the oring several times but it still leaks, EZGO has a new seal that fits between the snap ring and the bearing on the motor side. it looks like a big washer. I hope this works I have tried sealing the bearing in but it still leaks. the weight of the motor hanging on the gear box may have tweaked it a bit. Oh well keep on trying to stop it.

You couldn't by chance post the part number for that seal could you my local dealer for some reason tends to lead me in the wrong direction sometime's he's not a tech in shop no more. So he's not up to par "sometimes" LOL. I just had to buy a whole new headlight wiring harness just because he didn't know the end bulb unplugged. He did however teach me a lesson to do a little checking for myself before I just drive over and spend money that I DON"T have to waste.Thank for your time.

You could probably match you a ring up at the auto parts store.

An "O-ring" I meant to say. It was also a boring job but I meant O-ring.

its not an O ring, the Oring fits around the bearing and seats in the case. this is a thin flat washer

Oh, mine does not have that. Just an o-ring that sits in a groove sealing the outside of the bearing and the gear case.

I changed the O ring and Bearing a couple of times and I still had a leak. I tried sealing the bearing in but it still leaked, the EZGO dealer told me about this washer that EZGO added to their Input Shaft kit that shows the Flat washer/seal that fits between the Snap Ring and Bearing.
