Medium duty springs for Club Car
Has anyone tried these medium duty leaf springs instead of heavy duty? All I want to do is level up my cart, increase load capacity some and hopfully raise the rear slightly due to head lights beams way too high.

I would love to know about these as well. I put a seat kit and some Heavy duty springs on my 2006 CC. Boy are they harsh! These might just be the ticket.

I'd like to know too. I tried to order 3 leaf springs from Jakes Lifts and they said they only had 4. I'm going to be running a rear seat/bed kit and 2 batteries in the bag well so I'm hoping that may even out the ride a bit............

For $100, I'd buy HD springs and tune them in removing whatever leaf works best for my needs . . . price seems high for aftermarket "medium" duty springs . . .

The only problem is that the leafs are welded together on the pair I just purchased from jakes lifts.......

Yeah I see that "misprint", ForBruce - good point! Stevegrmich probably has the best plan anyway. I would like to make sure I can identify the HD's which you can remove leafs as needed. But still, if anyone out there has tried these single medium weight leafs, chime in please.

Sorry , should have read all the posts. I bought my heavy duty springs from CartsPlus and they were not welded.

One can buy aftermarket HD springs under $100 and the ones I have purchased and others I have seen were either bolted or riveted together in the center with straps on either end holding spring set together . . .
