Default 2003 36V CC Keep blowing micro switches

I re-wired my cart over the winter and replaced all the wiring. No new wires from motor as they were fine. Made new wire harness. replaced solenoid, V glide, and micro switches. Cart was running fine before I did this. Since I put it back together, I can't make it run. I did have the green wire going to pos instead of neg and blew both micros (F&R and V glide). Fixed that and tried again. Blew two more. Found ign wires reversed. Fixed that and tried again. Blew two more. Put old solenoid back in. Couldn't find old diode so used the new one. I did have that reversed also and put it on the old solenoid the right way. Tried again and blew the F&R micro. This time the V glide micro was ok. I have since double checked and triple checked all the wires. The only ones I can't check are the reverse buzzer wires without taking the whole front end apart again. Any suggestions? I can't keep buying micro switches and I don't know how to test if everything is ok without turning on the key and stepping on the gas pedal. (As soon as I push on the gas pedal is when they blow). I can use all the help I can get. Thanks in advance guys.
