96 clubcar wont do any thing
batts are 49.9 volts no rev buzzer or any thing let a friends kid ride batts got weak charged them now nothing please help thanks

does solenoid click? is it a 48 volt or 36 volt cart?........does battery charger come on when plugged in?....................................
