can you post some pics of the controller and solenoid wiring, and the back side of the charger plug, and post a pic of the wiring diagram you used,

I was thinking that was for the soc meter and the charger. Those were on the cart like that when i got it. The plug was on the charger when i got it. I thought about opening it up and inspecting the plug but i figurerd the charger wouldnt go through its cycles if something was backwards.

The battery pack shows 51 with the charger showing comleted. Take it off charger and it drops to 49. Turn key on it drops to 46.

grading? never seen any sparks come out of them. Are you thinking the ones showing 8.1 would be bad?

grading? --- up grading all of your parts.

in the pic it looks like you have the batteries wired right, so there is no reason why two batteries would be 9.3 and the other 4 are 8.1, 8.1 is 50 percent charge, a 8volt battery that reads 8v is dead

Could they just read 8.1 because they are brand new and never taken a charge before. Maybe the charger is the problem? Can i wake the batteries up individually with a 12 volt charger?
