Default Got to be a noobie mistake. Its beeping!

Marathon big *** switch by my leg.

Got a new F&R setup along with the noid and controller.

I have only changed the F&R switch so far.

Seems pretty simple, pretty much duplicated what I see hooked up on my stock one and the thing just beeps when I turn the key on. No forward or reverse.

I went through the wiring and it looks ok. Is there a common noobie mistake I should be looking for now?

Thx

Here are some old and new pics to help.

Only wire in the pics I didn't use was a white on on the common side of the micro switch as on my cart that one just hung down not connected to anything. The beep is a steady constant beep about about 1 second intervals.

You must have a small wire in the wrong place?
Check this diagram.

Does the solenoid click when you try to go?

There are so few wires it seems hard to get wrong but I'll look it over again. Did you mean to post a link to a document?

I am just about done with work and I'll go out to look for the clicking.

Everything looks good with the wiring diagram except for one thing. There is a dual micro switch in the diagram and the new FR setup only has one on the driver side. This looks to be the one where a white wire I had was hooked to one of the micro switches and it was hanging connected to nothing so I left it off. This one would be the C side of the upper left micro switch on the diagram where the NC is hooked to the speaker thing.

Is that possibly it and if so where do I wire that on my single micro, just the common side on that one to positive it looks like?

Also the noid is clicking when the pedal lets off the micro switch back by the noid.

Are those wires and switch Im talking about supposed to be a backup horn of some sort?

Huh? Is the solenoid working? Yeah you can pass on the back up beeper .... the other pair there is the 1/2 speed reverse . Basically, when these two wires are connected the pot output is reduced by 50% = 1/2 speed reverse.
Hope this helps

Ok I'm a bit stumped but maybe I have a bad speed controller or shorted it or something.

I key on move the pedal and the solenoid clicks
I move the FR switch and its clicking away too.

Any chance there is any documentation on where I should be seeing voltage or not and when for the solenoid, speed controller? I might have to dive in and replace everything now before the weekend in case I have a bad part somewhere.
