so 38.5 is what the pack reading was 12 hours after the charger turned off by it's self?, -------- ( do extreme load pack reads 33.9 ) not sure what you mean?? it does not get any more extreme than going up a hill on a load test,

so your problem is that, you can drive the cart for 10 minutes, but when you park,m and get back on it to take off it will not move??

After a 12 hour sit the pack will read 38.5...

Going up a very steep hill it read at the lowest 33.9, but more consistently read in the 35 volt range

Update: charged last night, unplugged from cart and it did not budge, now I know it's not a battery issue...

When you upgraded the HD FNR switch, was it all new, or just the cam up grade in the old housing ? maybe it needs to be tightened, the nut in the center, and just because the solenoid is new does not mean that it can;t be bad,

But on FnR is tight, and the switch is completely new, not just the cam...last night I replaced a corroded connector on the Reed switch...how can I check the solenoid???

I think my solenoid is bad, let me know If I'm right, I was just replacing the little black wire from the small terminal on my solenoid to the b negative post on my controller, and I had the battery pack unhooked. After getting the wire replaced, I hit the pedal and the solenoid clicked but I didn't hook up the battery pack yet, so I hooked it up and same thing...click, so it seems I'm not getting power to my electronics. Does this sound right?
