This was my reasoning behind going with a 6"

8" = you can use larger tires, less lowend torque, easier to roll over
6" = safer, more lowend torque and still looks good

Appreciate the reply. This will be an asphalt only cart no offroading. I will also be doing aftermarket motor and controller. My cart I purchased is pretty much a rolling chassis. Thanks.

Mine is as well, except for some trailing at the lake. What motor & controller mods are you doing? This is my first cart and I'm still wingin' it.

To be honest i couldn't tell you just yet. I have it stripped to bare frame right now sending to the powder coater soon to be done and planned on getting it done the way I want suspension wise an then start the electronic part last on how I want to plumb my wires an stuff. I still have to decide on batteries also. Thanks
