2006 DS IQ w/upgraded motor & controller having throttle problem

Just upgraded to D&D motor (can't recall name, motor is blue) & DCX500 controller. Everything runs but throttle position won't go above 60 (used Alltrax software to monitor). Need to figure out how to reach 100% throttle. Any ideas?

This is a typical CC problem. First, there is a lot of slop in the CC throttle linkage.
On most of the carts I hear this complaint about, you can see that the peddle travels up to 50% before the MCOR actuator rod begins to rotate ... The stock controller can deal with this minimal signal but generally the Alltrax can not. There is a software update or map change that will allow the Alltrax to better deal with the reduced input. You should tighten up the linkage so it works as good as possible first.

Look where the metal peddle linkage attaches to the plastic MCOR actuator. See if you can't tighten up the fitment with a pr of channel locks.

If the problem persists & you can program your controller, contact alltrax for the throttle map update.

Okay....tightened up and ran the upgrade from Alltrax...it increased to 62%.
Now I am being told that my bushings(?) are bad & need to get new ones. Also installing to high speed gears was also mentioned.

With a new motor, controller, wheels, batteries, etc., I do not understand why I am not getting full torque from this cart!! Anyone have any ideas??
