Check the pack voltage at the charge receptacle. This way you can tell is the battery pack is properly connected to the receptacle.
Then note the total pack voltage and plug the charger in, the voltage should begin to rise. It looks like the pack is all evenly low. |

Pack voltage is the same at the plug connection. Im not getting any increase in voltage when charger is plugged in. I do notice that the fuse in the top of the plug receptical looks messed up. Would that have anything to do with it?

Scottyb, affter taking the cover off of what I thought was the fuse it actually looks like solder. Is this correct? should I be able to put an ohm meter across it and get a reading?

Yes, it should have continuity like a fuse would.

There was a crack in the solder. i fixed that and I'm still not showing voltage increase when charging.

No this is the only one I have. When the charger is plugged in it makes a slight humming noise but is not loud like it used to be when it was charging.
