What is the cheapest way to make my 2003 Club Car Villager go faster?

Or if it is a sepex system you might get a motor magnet or get the controller programmed to private speed setting, either of these would get about 17-20 MPH for $30-120.

If your cart is IQ, which it may be being a 2003, upgrade it to speed code 4. That will get you close to 20 mph. The magnets get you the same speed, but they cost $130 I think... I would just do the code for around $100 if it has not already been done.
