Re: Bought a used Precedent(new pics)
Thanks Kernal,
For the input! Ha Ha, The seat looks pretty rough but I think I can rig it? Hancock fabrick has some good camo canvas "real tree" so my thought was to cover the seats in it? I did the boat a year ago and it turned out ok. Trying to determine the staple length to staple in the plastic? any thoughts? I'm prob wasting time but I'm trying to resulfate? the old batts, the charger has a restore selection? I will try this for 48 hrs each older batt. They will take a charge but under a load they don't last. Also the bat cables are junk was thinking doing my own again? So my thought is bedliner spray the cart, rework seats and see what I can get for it? I could make $300 bucks maybe a waste of time? Steve |

The charger doesn't have any settings, you just plug it in and it does its thing... It's worth a shot resulfating though! Oh I see, you are using a different charger, never heard of a charger that restores |

Re: Bought a used Precedent
Well I spent $37 on a phneumatic stapler, I used 1/4 staples and spent $18 on some camo poly cotton canvas about as this thick as jeans. Now the fun part the back rest front seat. Looks much better than the old junk. So I guess ya'll figured out this cart will be a GA neck hunting cart. Its the only kind I like. The camo will go well with the black bedliner spray.

Re: Bought a used Precedent
The front back rest seat was a tough but I figured it out. I got a couple of seams but its pretty good for diy. the plastic seat was tougher and I did straight fabric but I think it looks as good as my fitted covers I did 3 yrs ago for the DS. The upper back rest seat was shot, delam unglued I just used a heat gun and cut out enough foam to stretch to the outside, then staple then cover. It helps to heat everything up so the staples go in easier the plastic.

Re: Bought a used Precedent
These are the rest of pics. Remeber I'm just doing this to resale and make enough $ for new batts for the DS. Maybe I need to sell both and buy a Beast? Ha Ha

Re: Bought a used Precedent
So what the lowest price way to spray a cart in Rino liner? The can stuff seems like junk. I do have a compressor etc.
