Rebuilt Series 48v TXT Cart - Controller Issues??

TxT Series Cart - New everything; Series Motor, HD FR Switch, batteries, controller, wiring --what could go wrong?? :)

I've checked my wiring both control and power 100x and cannot figure out what possibly could be wrong.

Situation:

1. Depress pedal, hear contactor/power relay make contact, then drops out, then makes contact, and then drops out; then
2. Observe SPM controller LED flashes 4x (operators manual says this means it's an EZGO ITS throttle) then the LED alternately flashes green/red which is not a good sign apparently as this status indicates a "Short Circuit"

Anyone familiar with the Alltrax SPM controllers and willing to chat on this fine Sunday? If not, no worries, I'll give Alltrax a call during their business hours this week.

Troubleshot Controller with Alltrax today by phone. They had me bypass the new FR switch to ensure it wasn't the culprit. Same conditions persisted. They then had me disconnect M- from the controller. At that point, it still exhibited the same error code.

They say it's broken and I'll be sending it back. Great customer service over at Alltrax despite the new controller apparently being DOA.
