Craigslist Battery Pricing
I've noticed a few dealers in the Atlanta area advertising on Craigslist listing a set of six new Trojan T-105s for $569. Similar pricing for Crowns. Seems very low to me. Have any of you folks in that area seen these advertisements or pricing this low? I'm often in that area on business and could pick up a set if I knew it was legit.

Re: Craigslist Battery Pricing
About $95/battery. Haven't found them in central Alabama for that low. I'll be checking them out next trip.

Re: Craigslist Battery Pricing
Caution -
T105's are a smaller battery then what is recommended for your golf cart. You want a 225 amp hour battery (or bigger). Beware of the crown CR 200 also. These are batteries for the trailer park or campground where you are never far from the battery charger. I hope this helps |

Re: Craigslist Battery Pricing
The T-105's are rated 225AH or am I missing something? I've got Interstates in my 36V TXT now rated at 235AH. I've just started researching batteries as they will probably get me through one more year and wanted to be prepared for my next set. Any and all recommendations are appreciated.

I'm sorry I was thinking T605 - shoot. Carry on and stay alert to bad advice Those are great prices you are quoting - below dealer in some cases ..... I wonder whats going on? Maybe it has to do with the bad weather making distribution impossible? |

Re: Craigslist Battery Pricing
While you're out there Scotty, I purchased and installed one of your DVMs a couple of years ago. Well worth the money. After a full charge the pack only gets to 37.7-37.8. Cart still scoots fine and no problems. Seems like they used to get well over 38. Is this normal wear?
