Default My 08 TXT transformation

Last Friday I picked up a lifted TXT from a friend that runs a golf course. 08 cart, 2011 batteries. Wanted something to cruise the neighborhood in. This is how I got it.

Knew immediately that it needed a rear seat, light kit, and a stereo. So I got to work.

Rear seat is on and momma is happy! Next was the light kit. Decided on the LED taillights. Got them installed and they are nice. Haven't seen them in the dark yet because I have been working nights.

Next came the stereo. I used stuff that I had already from previous projects so the only thing the stereo cost me was the speaker pods. I'm running four 6.5 inch marine speakers off the head unit. Nothing fancy, but it works.

One pair under the seat.

A pair in the speaker pods.

Stereo mounted in the dash.

I'm running the headlights and stereo off of a lawn mower battery in the battery compartment. It will have its own 12v on board charger soon. Don't have any pics of that setup yet.

You'll love that flip seat. I probably carry more cargo than passengers.

Is there a reason why you put the seat backs on upside down? Good looking cart.
