it means your batteries only achieve roughly 75% SOC.....meaning a charge won't last long, or you won't get very far, so I wouldn't venture to far from the house or farther than you are willing to push your cart.......your batteries are on their last leg. Time for some new ones.

It doesn't look good, but you could measure individual battery voltages to see if you may have one bad battery lower than the rest causing the total voltage to be low. Might buy you a little time before you "bite the bullet". RAY
