Post Wheels towed in on top

I bought a G 19 Yamaha cart from a golf resort, thru a friend, site unseen. The front wheels are towed in on the top and wider on the ground. I have been told that it is the shock absorbers that need to be replaced. Can anyone out their give me confirmation or other suggestions to solve the problem?

I agree with Groundpunder....2 things set the "camber" on Yamaha's, shocks and king pins and bushings. Lift up the front end and grab the top and bottom of the tire, If you feel more than a 1/4" of play...change out the king pins/upper and lower bushings (if the holes in the lower control arms aren't oval shape and wont hold a bushing tight) , new shocks are expensive from Yamaha and aftermarket. I saw an advertisement, beleive it was "plowmans" that can correct the shocks, but I have never tried it. Try the king pin/bushing test first. Good luck Dave
